Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

i picked up multiple pairs of these sticks at my local guitar center for around ten dollers a pair.

i like the feel of these sticks alot. they are well balenced and are responsive. i feel that they are just the right length and diameter. i also like the length of the taper. these are great when i practice on my electronic set.

i play hard on my accoustic set, and these sticks cannot take it. i broke every pair i have purchased in under 5 minutes each. beating on a crash cymbol for a breakdown seems to be an extremely efficient way of shattering these sticks. i would love these sticks if i played softer on my accoustic set.

these sticks are not made for very hard hitting. if you play any sort of speed/grind core or othe type of hard hitting music you should stear towards a heavier duty stick. they are very pretty though.

these sticks are realy nice if you dont play hard. they are great when im using my electronic set, but dont stand up to heavy hitting on my accoustic.
